Please note, all new clients need to book an Introduction to Pilates session before joining a class.
All classes below are an hour long and have a maximum of 6 people unless otherwise stated. Classes use an array of Pilates equipment including the reformer, arc barrel, and mat props including stability cushions, fitness circles, toning balls and medicine balls.
Video-Instructed Pilates
Video-Instructed Pilates is a reformer and mat class that works on higher reps with simple, effective exercises, instructed via video. This is an economic way to attend more classes once you have mastered the essentials of Pilates, at just $10 a session. Bookings must be made online to secure you spot. ** Please note before attending a Virtual class, you need to attend a minimum of 4 instructed classes with Katy**
Boost Tonic
A faster paced class to energise and challenge you. Each session is unique to ensure that your body is kept guessing - sometimes a circuit, sometimes a cardio focus and always a challenge. These classes use an array of Pilates Studio equipment and traditional resistance equipment for all-over conditioning.
Toning Tonic
An all over muscle toning/strengthening class for a longer, leaner appearance.
Essential Tonic
A great class to begin your Pilates journey. This class focuses on developing core strength and all over muscle tone, whilst mastering the Pilates principles.
Mother's Tonic
A child friendly class dedicated to Mums. We have a kids space for toddlers to play whilst watching Mum from a safe distance, or babies are welcome to have floor time next to Mum. Grannies welcome too.
Active Ageing
This class is aimed to keep you active in your senior years. Focusing on functional movement, balance and strength and all at a pace suitable for everyone in the class. This class is open to just 4 people at a time.
Personalised Training
Personalised training is also available. These workouts are designed for your specific goals, using a combination of Pilates equipment and props. These sessions are by appointment only and recommended for people with back issues, undergoing rehab and during pregnancy.
Isotonic Terms 2016
Term 1 - Feb 2 to Apr 15 = 11 Weeks
Term 2 - May 2 to Jul 8 = 10 weeks
Term 3 - Jul 25 to Sep 23 = 10 Weeks
Term 4 - Oct 10 to Dec 16 = 10 Weeks
